SHIPPING

Orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment warehouses Monday through Friday. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. If you place your order on a Friday and do not immediately receive shipping confirmation over the weekend, there’s no need to worry — your order is simply waiting for the next dispatch cycle.

During high-demand periods, holidays, or supplier-related delays, some orders may take slightly longer than expected to ship. In certain cases, items from the same order may arrive separately depending on stock availability and warehouse locations. If this happens, please allow a few additional days for the remaining items to arrive.


PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to become active, depending on the shipping carrier.

If your tracking has not updated within 7 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.

Please understand that estimated delivery dates are based on average shipping data and are not guaranteed delivery deadlines. Unexpected courier delays may occasionally occur outside of our control.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact our support team at support@lumoraspace.store within 3 business days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Lumora Space is not responsible for packages marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property
  • Asking neighbors or household members
  • Contacting your local courier office

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are entered correctly during checkout.

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately before your order ships. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, we will always do our best to assist if contacted quickly.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.


PRE-ORDERS

Occasionally, we may offer certain products on a pre-order basis when inventory is temporarily unavailable.

Estimated delivery times for pre-orders are typically 15–20 business days.

By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge and accept that delays may occur due to production or supplier timelines.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Please note that some products may be marked as non-returnable or final sale. Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page or during checkout.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Final sale items are not eligible unless defective

To help us assess return requests, customers may be asked to provide photos of the product and packaging before returning the item.

Please note: if a bundled item is returned, the original bundle pricing may no longer apply.


HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@lumoraspace.store with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of original packaging

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


REFUNDS

Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return processing fees may apply depending on the return reason and location.


EXCHANGES

If you would prefer a different variation or replacement item, we also offer exchanges on eligible products.

Our team will gladly help you arrange an exchange whenever possible.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product variation, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

After reviewing the issue, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund where applicable.


PRODUCT DAMAGE AFTER USE

All products undergo quality inspection before shipment. However, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or normal wear after extended use.
